How long does it take to make an exchange or obtain a credit note?

You have 7 days following your in-store purchase to make an exchange or obtain a credit note. Each item must be returned in new, unworn condition with its original tags. If you do not have a record with us, you must provide the invoice for your purchase.

Boutique 5e Avenue reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria.


How long does it take to get a refund for an online purchase?

You have 7 days from the date of receipt of your parcel to make an exchange or obtain a refund for an online purchase. Each item must be returned in new, unworn condition, with its original tags. You must obtain a return authorization number by contacting our customer service department by e-mail at boutique@5av.ca or by telephone at 514-270-2022, and indicate the authorization number on the package at the time of return. Can I get a refund for an in-store purchase?

We do not issue refunds for in-store purchases. For more information, please refer to the section How long does it take to make an exchange or obtain a credit note?


You are responsible for shipping charges associated with the return or exchange of merchandise. Please refer to How long does it take to get a refund on an online purchase? for the steps to follow when returning merchandise.

Am I responsible for shipping costs associated with a return or exchange?


Can I return a sale item?

No. Sale items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.


What is my size according to your brands?
